Predict is DPD’s industry-first innovation designed to increase the number of successful first-time deliveries to homes by providing advance notice of when the parcels will be delivered, with a one hour timeslot on the day of delivery.

What’s more, this service is free to all customers. A personalised text message or email will be sent directly to you advising them of the date and time of delivery.

 You can also access a suite of in-flight options to rearrange your deliveries to suit your specific needs.
